In all our properties, check-in is guaranteed from 17:00 to 20:00, and check-out is scheduled between 9:00 and 10:00. We are available to welcome you after 20:00 with prior notice, and after 22:00 a supplement of €25.00 applies. Please always inform us of your arrival time to help us organise better!

When booking directly with us, bed and bath linen is always included in the total price, and if you stay in our Residences and Apartments for at least 11 nights, you will be entitled to a Free Change!

Residence Oasi Anfiteatro in Porto Ottiolu (Budoni) and La Reggia di Nausicaa in Santa Teresa Gallura.

All properties are very close to the sea. Residence Oasi Anfiteatro is just 100 metres from the beautiful Porto Ottiolu Beach, while the Apartments at Porto Ottiolu Resort are between 200 and a maximum of 900 metres away, and the Budoni Residences are up to 1800 metres. Residence Olimpo and La Reggia di Nausicaa are located 1500 metres from the stunning Rena Bianca Beach.

Yes! In all our properties (except for a very few selected apartments), we welcome your four-legged friends with a small supplement. Please inform us when booking so we can assign you the Best Solution!
